Etsy邮件申诉模板与流程

ETSY就是变态的一个平台，天天扫号，天天封号，然后天天去申诉。

2021.04.26以来，基本上香港店铺注册完必定会Suspended。

然后，你写申诉邮件给ETSY.

然后，过不过就看机率了。。。

群友们，认真研究，甚至研究到回复邮件的人

哪个位客服回复的邮件成功率高,

哪个位客服回的邮件成功率低。。。

同时，我也天天被人友友们问，有没有申诉邮件模板啊？？？

其实，这个问题我一直不想答你们，因为如果大家都是一样的模板过去，

审核人员看到千篇一律的邮件，是不是直接给来个Game over！！！！

今天，分享我的邮件申诉流程与模板，给大家了解一下，

希望大家在申诉的时候个性化一下

别都是写一样的。。。

1.0 第一封：

ETSY封号是不会通知你的。你登录不上，提示紫红色，或者后台提示Suspend.那就是一审了。

如果你是登录不上账号，那么申诉成功可能性比较低。

如果你还可以进去后台，那么申诉成功可能性比较高。

直接上邮件：

Hi Cs,
Good day and how are you.

I am Rollo, from the HongKong.

I open one seller account on the Etsy and want to sell my XXXXXXXXXXXX products.

Because I also do the hademade business on the Amazon Handmade.I just one expanse my business on ETSY.COM

But when I come back today and find out that my account is suspended.

Really ???

As I know, ETSY is the largest selling platform for handmade products in the United States,  and have the strict policies for the hademade product. 

I have read the Etsy Terms of Use Policy from here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/terms-of-use 
and I don’t think I have violated any of ETSY policies 

EVEN,
I don’t do anything else on the ETSY and just upload only one product when register my account. 

Please kindly to check my account and reactive it. I really want to sell the XXXXXXX products on ETSY.COM.

If you want me to offer anything,such as the national ID,address proof,contact me free.

I have it in my hand !!!!!

2.0 第二封：

7天之后，如果你没有收到任何回复，你可以追一封信过去。

I will get the reply within 7 days as last emails promised.

But over 7 days, I don’t get reply from ETSY.

Would you please kindly to check out for me and I really want to get update information about my account

当你得这个邮件时候，

Such actions are taken by us when we have reason to believe a shop or shop owner’s information may be misaligned with Etsy’s policies. This may include (but isn’t limited to):
	• Items listed for sale don’t meet our handmade, vintage, or craft supply policies
	• Shop violates Etsy's Intellectual Property Policy
	• Items violate our Prohibited Items Policy
	• The information provided about the account owner and/or their personal details are inconsistent, incorrect, or closely associated with an account previously removed from Etsy
If the above doesn’t appear to apply to you or your shop, and you’ve reviewed Etsy’s Terms of Service and House Rules to confirm eligibility - you can request a secondary review here.

When I got your last letter to told me that Etsy has permanently closed my account,I am very sadly and then read it carefully.

Yes,I don’t think my account violated Etsy policy and so, I write letter to you again to appeal my account.

AN:I really do the handemade product and I can offer the product made process video.

• Shop violates Etsy's Intellectual Property Policy
I don’t sell any product with other brand, I just design it by myself and you can view my product.

AN:I check out the etsy prohibited term, my product is not in the list.

Also I don’t register any account on the ETSY for now.this is my first account.

结论：

如果是真实的亲戚资料，一般都是能通过的。成功率也挺搞的。

因为是真实的资料，所以写这么多次的邮件。。。

如果你不是，那就写第一封就行了，然后过了就行，没有过就PASS.
