然后,你写申诉邮件给ETSY.
然后,过不过就看机率了。。。

哪个位客服回复的邮件成功率高,
哪个位客服回的邮件成功率低。。。
同时,我也天天被人友友们问,有没有申诉邮件模板啊???
其实,这个问题我一直不想答你们,因为如果大家都是一样的模板过去,
审核人员看到千篇一律的邮件,是不是直接给来个Game over!!!!
今天,分享我的邮件申诉流程与模板,给大家了解一下,
希望大家在申诉 的时候个性化一下
别都是写一样的。。。
1.0 第一封:
ETSY封号是不会通知你的。你登录 不上,提示紫红色,或者后台提示Suspend.那就是一审了。
如果你是登录不上账号,那么申诉成功可能性比较低。
如果你还可以进去后台,那么申诉成功可能性比较高。
直接上邮件:
Hi Cs, Good day and how are you. I am Rollo, from the HongKong. I open one seller account on the Etsy and want to sell my XXXXXXXXXXXX products. Because I also do the hademade business on the Amazon Handmade.I just one expanse my business on ETSY.COM But when I come back today and find out that my account is suspended. Really ??? As I know, ETSY is the largest selling platform for handmade products in the United States, and have the strict policies for the hademade product. I have read the Etsy Terms of Use Policy from here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/terms-of-use and I don’t think I have violated any of ETSY policies EVEN, I don’t do anything else on the ETSY and just upload only one product when register my account. Please kindly to check my account and reactive it. I really want to sell the XXXXXXX products on ETSY.COM. If you want me to offer anything,such as the national ID,address proof,contact me free. 7天之后,如果你没有收到任何回复,你可以追一封信过去。
Hi Cs, I will get the reply within 7 days as last emails promised. But over 7 days, I don’t get reply from ETSY. Would you please kindly to check out for me and I really want to get update information about my account Best regards Rollo
好的,一般这个时间,你很快就会得这个回复:

如果是真实的亲戚资料,一般都是能通过的。成功率也挺搞的。
因为是真实的资料,所以写这么多次的邮件。。。
如果你不是,那就写第一封就行了,然后过了就行,没有过就PASS.
